• Track & Field Sets 5 New Records at Hunt Relays

  

  The Bearcats brought home 14 victories, 4 second-place finishes, and 3 thirds, with meet records in Girls Junior Distance Medley Relay, Girls Long Jump, Girls 4x100, Boys 4x200, and Girls 4x200.

• Boys Varsity Tennis Brings Home Kingswood Title

  

  Co-captains J. Lightbourn '08 and Maxson '08, R. Lightbourn '10, and Thornton '10 won the 2008 Kingswood Invitational with strong singles and doubles play, narrowly edging Deerfield in the team standings to take first place.
  

• Hotchkiss Honors Winter Athletes

  Thursday, April 3 — Co-Directors of Athletics Robin Chandler ’87 and Danny Smith paid tribute to the 2008 winter interscholastic teams in an evening awards ceremony.

• Bearcat Swimmers Past and Present Make Waves in New England

  

  Hotchkiss swimmers Charlotte Green '07 and Jack Pretto '10 ended their seasons in spectacular fashion. Pretto was crowned New England Champion last weekend when he took first place in the 100-yard freestyle event, while Charlotte Green '07 had a stellar freshman season as she played a role in setting five new school records for Bates College.
